Note: Movent.AI is currently in development. Features may change, and the service may have occasional interruptions.

You must independently verify all details before participating in any activity, including but not limited to: opening hours, availability, pricing, location accuracy, safety conditions, accessibility, and current operation status. Always contact venues, event organizers, or official sources directly to confirm information.

Assumption of Risk

By using our recommendations and participating in any suggested activity, you acknowledge that you do so entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for assessing whether an activity is appropriate for your physical condition, skill level, health status, and personal circumstances.

Physical Activities Warning

No Liability for Outcomes

Movent.AI is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, losses, damages, disappointments, or negative experiences that may result from following our recommendations or participating in suggested activities. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or any other harm.

Third-Party Venues & Events

We have no control over third-party venues, events, or service providers. Their policies, safety standards, quality of service, and availability are entirely beyond our control. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any third-party services or experiences.

11. Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time through the app's profile settings. Your data will be retained for 30 days (recovery period), then permanently deleted.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the Service. We will notify you of the reason for termination where possible.

12. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vienna, Austria.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
