Wiener Hundeweihnachtsmarkt

Vienna's Christmas market for dogs and their people, held on the first two Advent weekends in the festively decorated garden of the Steinklammer winery and Heuriger in Mauer (23rd district). Small makers sell mostly handmade goods: dog biscuits, cakes and chews, made-to-measure collars, leads and harnesses, toys, beds and grooming products, plus bags, hats, scarves and dog-motif gifts for the humans, and a photographer shoots Christmas portraits of your dog on site. The line-up of stalls changes between the two weekends. Dogs are very welcome on a lead (muzzle where required); please leave dogs that do not get along with others at home. Open Sat-Sun 28-29 November and 5-6 December, 10:00-18:00 each day.
